The SLIM scheme aims to encourage learning and development within a collaboration of companies. The grant is intended for organizations that want to set up a development program for their employees.

For partnerships

The SLIM partnerships scheme focuses on collaborations involving at least two SME enterprises. Therefore, you must complete and submit an SME declaration, among other documents. You can receive funding for the following activities:

  • Business analysis
  • Career and development advice for employees
  • Initiatives aimed at methods that encourage employees in their development
  • Third learning pathway

An important requirement is that your application must focus on developing a methodology for learning and development.
